Affiliate disclosure

Messy Brain, Tidy Home is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. When you buy through a link on this site, on our Pinterest pins or on our social media posts, we may earn a small commission. It never costs you anything extra.

We only share items because they make a home task easier to see, start or finish. Prices and availability change, so we never list prices — always check the current price on Amazon.

We also sell our own digital products (ebooks and printables) through Payhip.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you think you might have ADHD, a doctor or licensed professional is the right person to talk to.
